Pan-seared topped with Japanese mayo, katsu sauce, shredded nori and toasted sesame seeds.

SECOND COURSE

SMOKED BRISKET CHOW MEIN
Smoked beef brisket, fresh noodles, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
MISO BUTTER STEAK FRITES
Black garlic-miso compound butter. Served with parmesan fries and nori aioli.
PANANG SALMON (GF)
Thai curry with coconut milk, lemongrass, shallots, and green peas. Served with steamed rice.
TOKATSU DINNER
Panko-crusted White Marble Farm’s boneless collar trim pork cutlet, steamed broccoli, daikon pickles, scallions and cabbage slaw. Served with steamed rice, toasted sesame seeds and Japanese style steak sauce.
HONEY SESAME CHICKEN
Breaded crispy chicken, sweet pineapple chunks, chopped scallions tossed in our sweet and savory honey-bourbon sesame sauce. Served with steamed rice.

Ebi katsu, unagi, & cucumber topped with salmon, tuna, and avocado.
