CREAM OF SHIITAKE SOUP (VT)

Pan-roasted shiitake, leeks, miso, parmesan, thyme and truffle oil.

SHISHITO W/ BONITO

Pan-seared topped with Japanese mayo, katsu sauce, shredded nori and toasted sesame seeds.

Applewood smoked, spicy mayo, Thai basil.

 

SECOND COURSE

 

CRISPY SHRIMP TOAST SLIDER

Coriander, white peppercorn, sweet chili.

 

CRAB RANGOON ROYALE

Snow crab, cream cheese, celery and jalapeño dumplings in a crispy wonton wrap.

LOBSTER TEMPURA BAO

Yuzu mayo, black tobiko, scallions, pickled fresno, toasted sesame seeds.

 

SPICY CORN FRITTERS

Sweet corn, jumbo shrimp, cucumber salad, chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.

ROAST DUCK BAO

Sliced cucumber, chopped radish, hoisin, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds.

Yellowfin Tuna, black tobiko, chopped scallion, truffle oil.

THIRD COURSE

Jumbo shrimp, coriander, white peppercorn, fried garlic and pickled fresno chilis. Served with steamed rice.

SMOKED BRISKET CHOW MEIN

Smoked beef brisket, fresh noodles, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, scallions and toasted sesame seeds.

MISO BUTTER STEAK FRITES

Black garlic-miso compound butter. Served with parmesan fries and nori aioli.

PANANG SALMON (GF)

Thai curry with coconut milk, lemongrass, shallots, and green peas. Served with steamed rice.

TOKATSU DINNER

Panko-crusted White Marble Farm’s boneless collar trim pork cutlet, steamed broccoli, daikon pickles, scallions and cabbage slaw. Served with steamed rice, toasted sesame seeds and Japanese style steak sauce.

HONEY SESAME CHICKEN

Breaded crispy chicken, sweet pineapple chunks, chopped scallions tossed in our sweet and savory honey-bourbon sesame sauce. Served with steamed rice.

Ebi katsu, unagi, & cucumber topped with salmon, tuna, and avocado.

BITE ME MAKI

Soft shell crab katsu, jalapeño, avocado, cucumber, cilantro topped with fresh salmon, spicy mayo, unagi sauce and scallions. Torched to perfection.

FOURTH COURSE

Dark Belgian Chocolate, Kraken spiced rum, chopped hazelnuts.

House-brewed Vietnamese coffee, mascarpone, Grand Marnier, orange zest.

Salted coconut cream, palm sugar, sweet yellow corn, toasted coconut flakes and sesame seeds.
